  On August 26, 2022, Professor Zhou Haizhong, doctoral supervisor and one of the experts of the National Thousand Talents Program, visited Fuwei to investigate and guide the work, and officially became the 'Chief Scientist' of Guangzhou Fuwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

Professor and doctoral supervisor of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He was selected as one of the first batch of experts in the National Thousand Talents Program. He graduated from Central South University, Hunan University and Waseda University. He once served as chief engineer, product director, research and development manager, senior strategic researcher, and deputy general manager of the group in JVC, Bell Laboratories, well-known communication listed group companies, and innovative and growing private enterprises in Japan, Director of Shenzhen Nanshan Science and Technology Innovation Resource Sharing Service Center, who has been engaged in scientific research, teaching and innovation services for a long time, has accumulated rich experience in practice, 18 patents for invention, automatic controller for automobile lighting, and won the Excellence Award of the First China Patent Expo. The main scientific research achievements are intelligent numerical control machine tools; Power line carrier communication without central control cluster; Automobile anti-theft and anti robbery system; CTCSS encoding and decoding; Laser remote temperature measurement and intelligent biometric recognition system, all of the above achievements have reached the domestic and international advanced level.
